Medical Examination Standards for Airmen Article 8
If an application does not agree with the check result, the airman shall be in written to CAA for reconsideration of the determination within 30 days from the following day of the date on which the notification of the determination is received.When conducting the reconsideration, CAA may convene a Medical Review Committee and invite experts and scholars to participate in the review. The provisions of Article 6 shall apply mutatis mutandis.The reconsideration decision made by CAA shall indicate that if the airman does not agree with the decision, the airman may file an administrative appeal with the competent authority within 30 days from the following day of the date on which the reconsideration decision is received.

體檢受檢人對前條體檢結果之評定有異議時，應於不符合標準通知書送達之次日起三十日內向民航局提起覆議。
民航局於覆議時，得召開醫事審查會議，並邀請專家、學者參加審議，且於審議時，準用第六條規定。
