Regulations Governing Licences and Ratings for Airmen Article 68
Applicant for commercial pilot license- free balloon shall demonstrate a level of knowledge appropriate to the privileges granted to the license holder in the following subjects:(1) Civil Aviation Act and related laws and regulations.(2) Air traffic management procedures.(3) Principles of flight of free balloon.(4) Aeronautical meteorology.(5) Air navigation basics.(6) Radio telephony and phraseology.(7) Weight and balance.(8) General maintenance of free balloon.(9) Human factor theory
