Regulations Governing Licences and Ratings for Airmen Article 4
Applicant for airman certificate shall provide the following documents:(1) Airman application form.(2) Photocopy of identification card or passport.(3) Various kinds of airman application qualification documents.(4) Any other required information as announced by the CAA.
