Regulations Governing Licences and Ratings for Airmen Article 39
The applicant for airline transport pilot license- aeroplane shall have demonstrated a level of knowledge appropriate to the privileges granted to the license holder in the following subjects:(1) Civil Aviation Act and related laws and regulations(2) Air traffic control procedures(3) Weight and balance(4) Aeronautical meteorology(5) Basic air navigation(6) Radio telephony and phraseology(7) General maintenance of aircraft(8) Human factor theory
