Regulations Governing Licences and Ratings for Airmen Article 120
The English proficiency of airmen of aeroplane flying international routes and helicopters, air traffic controllers and aviation radio station broadcasters, shall meet the standards outlined by the CAA. certification of English proficiency shall be implemented in accordance with the items required by " AIRMAN RADIOTELEPHONY COMMUNICATION ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY REPORT FORM".The implementation date and related certification procedure of the preceding paragraph shall be announced by CAA.

飛航管制員與國際航線之飛機及直昇機駕駛員，其使用無線電溝通英語之專業能力應符合民航局訂定之無線電溝通英語專業能力檢定程序之規定，其檢定項目依無線電溝通英語專業能力術科檢定報告表實施。
前項無線電溝通英語專業能力檢定程序及實施日期，由民航局公告之。
