The applicant for flight dispatcher licence shall have demonstrated a level of knowledge appropriate to the privileges granted to the holder of a flight operations officer licence, in the following subjects:(1) Civil Aviation Act and related laws and regulations.(2) Air navigation basics.(3) Aeronautical meteorology.(4) Weight and balance.(5) Radiotelephony and phraseology.(6) Air traffic management procedures.(7) Human factor theory
