Management Authority may commission FTZ operator to collect the fees set forth in these standards.The above mentioned FTZ operator refers to as the private institution who has entered into an investment agreement with Management Authority for constructing and operating FTZ in accordance with the "Law for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects".Management Authority, when commissions out tasks mentioned in the first paragraph, is required to announce the person and tasks commissioned, and the legal basis of the commissioning, and to publish such information on Government bulletins or newspapers.

本標準所定各項規費之收取，管理機關得委託經營港區者辦理。
前項之經營港區者係指依促進民間參與公共建設法與管理機關簽訂投資契約，並興建營運本自由貿易港區之民間機構。
管理機關依第一項規定為委託行為時，應將委託對象、事項及法規依據公告之，並刊登政府公報或新聞紙。
