Regulations Governing the Certification and Management of Flight Simulation Training Devices Article 9
Sponsors shall submit letters for FSTD continuing qualification with required application forms thirty (30) days before certificates or validation certificates expire; after the FSTD has successfully passed the qualification evaluation, a renewal of certificate or validation certificate will be issued. If an application for the certificate renewal is not submitted thirty (30) days before the expiration date, the request for FSTD certification or validation certification shall be applied for as the initial qualification requirements prescribed in Article 4.In the event that a certificate or validation certificate has expired or is revoked, such certificate shall be surrendered to CAA by the sponsor within thirty (30) days; If such certificate has not been surrendered to CAA within thirty (30) days, a public notice of certificate revocation will be issued by CAA instead.In the event that a certificate or validation certificate is lost or damaged, the request for a replacement shall be submitted to CAA with a statement of actual reasons, or with the original certificate or validation certificate.

管理人應於檢定證書或認可檢定證有效期間屆滿三十日前檢附申請表向民航局申請後續檢定或認可，經檢定合格者，予以換發；未於三十日前提出換證申請者，應依第四條規定辦理初始檢定或認可。
檢定證書或認可檢定證有效期間屆滿、廢止時，管理人應於三十日內向民航局繳還；未於三十日內繳還者，由民航局逕行公告註銷之。
檢定證書或認可檢定證遺失或毀損者，應敘明理由或檢送原檢定證書或認可檢定證，向民航局申請補發。
檢定證書或認可檢定證有效期間屆滿、廢止時，管理人應於三十日內向民航局繳還；未於三十日內繳還者，由民航局逕行公告註銷之。
