Regulations Governing the Certification and Management of Flight Simulation Training Devices Article 21
After the agency (entity) or organization has been designated to conduct the FSTD qualification certification by CAA, a certificate of designation will be issued with a valid period starting from the date of issuance till December 31st of the following year.
