Except for Article 64, VFR flights shall not take off or land at an aerodrome within classes B, C, D airspace and class E surface airspace, or enter the airspaces prescribed above:1. when the ceiling is less than 1500 ft at the aerodrome; or2. when the ground visibility is less that 5 km.

中文原文飛航規則第56條

除第六十四條規定外，目視飛航之航空器，於下列情況時不得在B類、C類、D類空域及E類地表空域內起飛或降落，或進入前述空域：
一、機場雲幕高低於一千五百呎。
二、地面能見度低於五公里時。
