Rules of the Air Article 32
A flight plan shall comprise information regarding such of the following items as are considered relevant to the appropriate ATS authority:1. Aircraft identification.2. Flight rules and type of flight.3. Number and type(s) of aircraft and wake turbulence category.4. Equipment.5. Departure aerodrome.6. Estimated off-block time.7. Cruising speed.8. Cruising level.9. Route to be followed.10. Destination aerodrome and total estimated elapsed time.11. Alternate aerodrome(s).12. Fuel endurance.13. Total number of persons on board.14. Emergency and survival equipment.15. Other relevant information.

七、巡航空速。
八、巡航空層。
九、航路或航線。
十、目的地機場及預計全部經過時間。
十一、備用機場。
十二、油量時間。
十三、機上乘員總數。
十四、緊急及救生裝備。
十五、其他相關資料。
