These regulations shall become effective on the date of promulgation.These regulations promulgated on 23th March, 2023 shall become effective from 31th March, 2023.These regulations promulgated on 14th January, 2025 shall become effective from 1st March, 2025.(Should there be any discrepancy between the Chinese text and the English version, the Chinese text shall control.)
