Regulations Governing the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air Article 15
The owner or operator of an aircraft shall not load any dangerous goods in an aircraft cabin occupied by passengers or on the flight deck of an aircraft, except in circumstances permitted by the provisions of the Technical Instructions.
