Regulations Governing the Management of Private Airfields Article 16

The operator or manager of a private airfield shall assign fulltime personnel to manage the airfield, and shall be responsible for maintaining the flight and ground facilities and keeping them in good condition at all times. In the event of any major maintenance or repair or change as to such facilities, the operator or manager shall forthwith report it to the responsible Airport Office, which shall act in accordance with applicable rules and report to CAA.The roster of the operators or managers referred to in the preceding paragraph, as well as any modification thereof, shall be submitted to CAA for reference.
