Regulations of Civil Air Transport Enterprise Article 17
Application by a civil air transport enterprise for operating international passenger or cargo charter flights shall conform with the following stipulations:1) The provisions of Articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation of the Distribution of International Traffic Rights and Review of Charter Flights in respect of charter flights.2) No collecting goods for shipment other than what is intended for the cargo charter flight.
