Regulations Governing Personal Data File Security Maintenance Plan and Processing Method for the Civil Aviation Enterprise Article 7
The enterprise shall establish the following management procedures respectively for ordinary personal data:1. Examining and confirming whether the collection, processing and use of personal data includes personal data and the specific purposes thereof prescribed in Article 6 of the Act.2. Confirming whether the collection, processing and use of personal data as prescribed in Article 6 of the Act is in compliance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.3. Where personal data does not fall within the ambit of Article 6 of the Act, but is considered to need special management, it may still be managed similarly or by the setting of a special management procedure.

業者應依個人資料之屬性，分別訂定下列管理程序：
一、檢視及確認所蒐集、處理及利用之個人資料是否包含本法第六條所定個人資料及其特定目的。
二、確保蒐集、處理及利用本法第六條所定個人資料，是否符合相關法令之要件。
三、雖非本法第六條所定個人資料，惟如認為具有特別管理之需要，仍得比照或訂定特別管理程序。
