The CAA may dispatch its personnel to conduct audits, inspections, tests, or assessments in respect of the aviation security measures and aviation security tasks of the APB, civil air transport enterprise and general aviation service.The APB may dispatch its personnel to conduct audits, inspections and tests in respect of the aviation security measures and aviation security tasks of the various publicly and privately owned institutions operating at an airport and the regulated agent.
