Regulations on Safeguarding Civil Aviation Against Acts of Unlawful Interference Article 29
A regulated agent shall ensure that the cargo of a known shipper meets the following criteria before regarding it as known cargo:1.The cargo is delivered by the personnel entrusted by the known shipper; and2.The known shipper possesses valid consignment papers; and in case of any modification of the papers, the signature of the known shipper shall be affixed thereto.

保安控管人應確認已知託運人之貨物符合下列事項，始得認定為已知貨物：
一、貨物係由已知託運人所委託之工作人員運送。
二、已知託運人具備有效之託運文件；文件如有修正，應有已知託運人之簽名。
