The owner or operator of an aircraft shall ensure that the pilot-in-command and cabin crew members are notified of the number of escorting officers, the number of persons under escort, and their seat location.Crew members shall not provide alcoholic beverages to the escorting officer and persons under escort, and shall not provide metal dining utensils or cutlery of any sorts to the persons under escort.

航空器所有人或使用人應將戒護人及被戒護人之人數及乘坐位置，通知機長及客艙組員。
