The owner or operator of an aircraft shall verify passengers’ identity documents during check-in and passengers shall check in their baggage individually, unless otherwise provided in the aviation security program of the owner or operator of the aircraft.The owner or operator of an aircraft shall verify passengers’ boarding documents upon boarding.

航空器所有人或使用人應於乘客辦理報到劃位時，核對乘客身分證明文件及要求乘客個別辦理行李託運。
但航空器所有人或使用人之航空保安計畫另有規定者，不在此限。
