Civil Aviation Act Article 70-1
Rules governing an airfreight forwarder, application to set up a foreign airfreight forwarder branch office, for license, registration, cancellation and renewal, amount of capital, change in company registration, collection of license fees, application for entrusting business a foreign airfreight forwarder, and business management shall be prescribed by MOTC.The 2 previous articles shall apply mutatis mutandis to a foreign airfreight forwarder.

航空貨運承攬業、外籍航空貨運承攬業分公司之籌設申請與設立許可、許可證之申請、登記、註銷與換發、資本額、公司登記事項之變更、證照費收取、外籍航空貨運承攬業委託業務之申請、營運管理及其他應遵行事項之規則，由交通部定之。
前二條規定，於外籍航空貨運承攬業，準用之。
