Civil Aviation Act Article 13
The certificate of registration shall become invalid upon any of the following events:1) Transfer of aircraft ownership.2) Aircraft is destroyed or damaged beyond repair.3) Aircraft is dismantled or abandoned.4) Forfeiture or loss of aircraft nationality.
