Civil Aviation Act Article 112-6
A general aviation enterprise shall be subject to a fine from NT$60,000 to NT$300,000 for any of the following:1) Failure to carry out its operations according to approved items of operations.2) Taking off or landing at a non-approved temporary takeoff and landing field without due cause.3) Carrying a non-approved passenger.

普通航空業有下列情事之一者，處新臺幣六萬元以上三十萬元以下罰鍰：
一、未依核准之作業項目實施作業。
二、無故在未經核准之臨時性起降場所起降。
三、搭載未經核准之乘員。
