Civil Aviation Act Article 103
Any person operating an aircraft without an airworthiness certificate shall be subject to imprisonment not exceeding 5 years, detention or a fine of up to NT$1,000,000.The same applies also to a person flying an aircraft with an invalid airworthiness certificate.
