Civil Aviation Act Article 101-1
Any person who jeopardizes the normal operation of an airport terminal or navigation aids by theft, destruction or other illegal manners shall be sentenced to imprisonment from 1 to 7 years; in addition thereto, a fine of up to NT$10,000,000 may be imposed.Any person who commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph with the intention of jeopardizing national security or social stability shall be sentenced to imprisonment from 3 to 10 years ; in addition thereto, a fine of up to NT$50,000,000 may be imposed.Such person who commits the crime stated in the preceding two paragraphs and consequently causes catastrophe shall be subject to the sentences prescribed by increasing it up to one half. If the crime results in death of others, the person shall be subject to life imprisonment or imprisonment not less than 7 years ; in addition thereto, a fine of up to NT$100,000,000 may be imposed. If the crime results in severe injuries, the person shall be subject to imprisonment from 5 to 12 years ; in addition thereto, a fine of up to NT$80,000,000 may be imposed.Any person attempting to commit a crime described in Paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be punished.

以竊取、毀壞或其他非法方法危害航空站或助航設備之功能正常運作者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑，得併科新臺幣一千萬元以下罰金。
意圖危害國家安全或社會安定，而犯前項之罪者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，得併科新臺幣五千萬元以下罰金。
前二項情形致釀成災害者，加重其刑至二分之一；因而致人於死者，處無期徒刑或七年以上有期徒刑，得併科新臺幣一億元以下罰金；致重傷者，處五年以上十二年以下有期徒刑，得併科新臺幣八千萬元以下罰金。
第一項及第二項之未遂犯罰之。
