Civil Aviation Act Article 100
Any person who hijacks an aircraft by force, threat or other means shall be subject to punishment by death, imprisonment for life, or imprisoned for not less than 7 years.Such person who causes death to another shall be subject to the penalty of death or imprisonment for life; subject to the punishment by death, imprisonment for life or no less than 10 years while causes serious injury to another person.Any person attempting to commit the crime described in paragraph 1 shall be punished.Any person conspiring to commit the crime described in paragraph 1 shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding 3 years.

以強暴、脅迫或其他方法劫持航空器者，處死刑、無期徒刑或七年以上有期徒刑。
因而致人於死者，處死刑或無期徒刑；致重傷者，處死刑、無期徒刑或十年以上有期徒刑。
第一項之未遂犯罰之。
預備犯第一項之罪者，處三年以下有期徒刑。
