Regulations of Foreign Civil Air Transport Enterprise Article 9
A foreign civil air transport enterprise applying for international charter flights shall pay CAA an application fee of NT$ 2,000 per flight.The flight mentioned in preceding paragraph is defined as leaving from a foreign location to arriving in ROC or departing from ROC for a foreign destination.In case of any voluntary cancellation of a charter flight approved by CAA or the airport which approved the charter flight application before takeoff, the applicable application fee will be reduced by half.

外籍民用航空運輸業申請國際包機，應向民航局繳納申請費每架次新臺幣二千元。
前項架次之計算，以自外國一地進入中華民國境內降落或自國境內前往外國一地之起飛為一架次。
外籍民用航空運輸業申請取消已核准之包機，於起飛前報經原核准單位核准者，申請費用減半繳納。
