Regulations of Foreign Civil Air Transport Enterprise Article 10-3

CAA may commission the airport operator to conduct and approve the flight application or change in Article 6 and 10 to which the provisions of article 19 and 20 of Regulations of Civil Air Transport Enterprise apply mutatis mutandis.The commissioned airport operator and matters, and the legal basis for such commission in the preceding paragraph shall be publicly announced and published in a government gazette.
