Regulations Governing Profit-seeking Enterprise Income Tax Exemption for Profit-seeking Enterprises Conducting Procurement and/or Importation and/or Storage and/or Delivery of Goods in Free Trade Zones Article 13
The FTZ operating organization in international commercial port as defined under Article 11 shall submit the following documents to the competent authority for approval of the FTZ operation under Paragraph 2 of Article 29 of the Act:1)Application form.2)Business plan, including:A.Operational plans (including scope & physical location of warehouses, development schedule, etc.)B.Business recruitment plansThe competent authority shall convene a committee composed of related agency representatives to review Paragraph 1 applications, with committee decisions notified to the Ministry of Finance.

第十一條所定國際商港之自由港區營運機構得檢附下列文件，向主管機關申請核准其自由港區為本條例第二十九條第二項規定之自由港區：
一、申請書。
二、營運計畫書。
前項第二款規定之營運計畫書應記載下列事項：
一、營運規劃。
（包含倉儲區位範圍及配置、開發期程等）二、招商計畫。
主管機關受理第一項申請案，應邀集相關機關（構）召開會議審查，並將審核結果通知財政部。
