The ship carrying dangerous substances shall hang a red flag during daytime and a red light at night in the obvious place to warn the other ships not to approach.

裝載危險物品之船舶，應日間懸掛紅旗，夜間懸掛紅燈於最顯明易見之處，警告他船不得靠近。
