The Regulations on Collection,Custody and Use of Commercial Port Dues Article 9
No passengers dues shall be collected from the following passengers departing from the port:1.President, Vice President and their dependents.2.Privileged personnel of foreign entities and international organizations.3.Personnel of the Republic of China (the ROC) government entities stationed in a foreign country.4.Children under the age of two.

下列離境旅客，免收旅客商港服務費：
一、總統、副總統及其眷屬。
二、享有特權待遇之外國機構、國際組織之人員。
三、政府駐外機構之人員。
四、不足二歲兒童。
