Any vessel carrier who terminate service or closes operation of transportation, shall forward an application (see Attachment 5), along with a shareholder agreement or shareholder meeting minutes, and the originally issued certificate to the shipping administration for submission to the competent authority for termination and revocation of its permit within 30 days after the last day of business.
