The Enforcement Rules of the Ship Registration Law Article 6
The number given to a register book shall be clearly indicated on the cover of the book. On the cover and the seam between two pages shall the official seal of the Shipping Administration Authority be stamped, with the number of pages recorded in the inside page of the cover; all of which shall be signed and chopped by the person in charge.
