The Enforcement Rules of the Ship Registration Law Article 34
The registration of alteration required for transfer or waiver of the order of right shall be noted with the cause and the application date and receiving number in the "Subject" column. And, the order of such registration shall be numbered in the left side of the number noted in the "Order of Rights" column, and all the registration shall be stamped with the chop of the the person in charge.

因讓與或捨棄權利先後次序而為變更登記時，應於事項欄記明其事由，申請書年、月、日、收件號數，並於權利先後欄數字之左方，以數字標明其變更登記之次序，由主辦人員加蓋職名章。
