The Enforcement Rules of the Ship Registration Law Article 26
When making a registration of deleting proprietorship, all information that is required to be enumerated in the application form shall be recorded in the column of "Subject", the part of "Proprietorship" of the register book, while the registration number and indications shall all be deleted.
