The Ship Registration Law Article 61
The following registration fees shall be levied and collected from an application to transfer or delete the port of registry:1. Transfer: two dollars per ten-tonnage; and 2 .Deletion: one dollar per ten-tonnage.The tonnage mentioned above shall be the gross tonnage and every part of tonnage less than ten shall be rounded up to ten.

申請移轉或註銷船籍港時，應依左列各款分別繳納登記費：
一、轉籍：每十噸二元。
二、銷籍：每十噸一元。
前項噸數依總噸數計算，不足十噸者，以十噸計。
