The Law of Ships Article 49
A ship shall not sail Under any one of the following conditions:1. A load line shall be assigned but not assigned yet.2. The load line certificate has expired.3. A load line shall be re-assigned but not re-assigned yet.4. Loading of the ship has exceeded the maximum draft specified on the load line certificate.

船舶有下列各款情形之一者，不得航行：
一、應勘劃載重線之船舶而未勘劃。
二、船舶載重線證書有效期間屆滿。
三、應重行勘劃載重線而未勘劃。
四、船舶載重超過船舶載重線證書所規定之最高吃水線。
