The Law of Ships Article 11-1
Non-R.O.C. flag ships with a gross tonnage of 150 and above shall, when navigating or anchoring within the waters inside the outer limits of the territorial sea of the Republic of China or the prohibited waters of the Taiwan Area, possess a navigation logbook to record navigational activities in detail; in the event of an accident, such accident shall also be recorded therein.The items to be recorded regarding the navigational activities and accidents referred to in the preceding paragraph are as follows:1. The condition of the ship prior to departure.2. Detailed information related to the ship’s voyage during navigation.3. Detailed information regarding any accidents or special events involving the ship.4. Information regarding operational or administrative matters while the ship is at anchor or in port, and detailed information related to the safety and security of the ship.
中文原文 船舶法第11-1條
總噸位一百五十以上之非中華民國船舶於中華民國領海外界線以內水域或臺灣地區禁止水域航行或錨泊時，應具備航海日誌，詳實記載航行活動；遇有事故者，並應一併載明。
前項航行活動及事故應記載事項如下：
一、船舶開航前之船舶狀態。
二、船舶航行期間與航程有關之詳細資訊。
三、船舶發生事故或特殊事件之詳細資訊。
四、船舶錨泊或在港時之操作或行政事務資訊、與船舶安全及保全有關之詳細資訊。
前項航行活動及事故應記載事項如下：
一、船舶開航前之船舶狀態。
二、船舶航行期間與航程有關之詳細資訊。
三、船舶發生事故或特殊事件之詳細資訊。
四、船舶錨泊或在港時之操作或行政事務資訊、與船舶安全及保全有關之詳細資訊。
