When conducting the preceding article test, the navigation authority shall invite the regulatory authority, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Examination, the shipping groups, shipping experts and scholars, representatives of the domestic maritime school, and international maritime certification institution to establish a Nautical Staff Test Team. The group supervises the registration qualification, selection of questions from the question databank, the test results review, the topic interpretation, and other related matters.
