Enforcement Rules of the Seafarer Act Article 5
The formulation of seafarers work regulations in accordance with the requirements of Paragraph 1, Article 17 in this Act should include the following items:1. Working hours, rest time, leave, national holidays and special leave.2. The basis, calculation method and payment date of wages, overtime pay and meal expenses.3. Allowance and bonus.4. Working longer hours.5. Discipline to comply with.6. Attendance, leave, incentive and promotion.7. Employment, dismissal, severance, termination and retirement.8. Disaster, injury, compensation and pension.9. Welfare.10. The safety and health regulations with which both seafarers and employers have to comply.11. Other matters officially announced and regulated by the Maritime Administration.

依本法第十七條第一項規定訂定之船員工作守則，應包括下列事項：
一、工作時間、休息、休假、國定假日及特別休假。
二、薪資、加班費、伙食費之基準、計算方法及發放日期。
三、津貼及獎金。
四、延長工作時間。
五、應遵守之紀律。
六、考勤、請假、獎懲及升遷。
七、受僱、解僱、資遣、離職及退休。
八、災害、傷病、補償及撫卹。
九、福利。
十、船員及雇用人雙方應遵守之安全衛生規定。
十一、其他經航政機關公告應規範之事項。
