The Seafarer Act Article 75-2
The yacht masters and power-driven small ships masters shall pass physical examination, and hold a master’s license as stipulated before he/she is allowed to skipper.Anyone who has been convicted under final and unappealable judgment of a violence under the Act Governing the Control and Prohibition of Gun, Cannon, Ammunition, and Knife, the Punishment of Smuggling Act or the Drug Prevention and Control Act, and sentenced to 6-month imprisonment or above shall not be a yachtmaster and power-driven small ships master.

遊艇及動力小船駕駛應經體格檢查合格，並依規定領有駕駛執照，始得駕駛。
違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例、懲治走私條例或毒品危害防制條例之罪，經判決有期徒刑六個月以上確定者，不得擔任遊艇及動力小船駕駛。
