Seafarer's Service Regulations Article 83
The seagoing service experience certificate visa of seafarers serving on board official vessels shall be issued by the organization for which the seafarer works and shall be submitted to the Maritime Administration for auditing. The seagoing service experience confirmation shall be calculated as two-thirds times years of service.The purpose shall be included in the aforementioned seagoing service experience certificate.

公務船舶之船員，其服務經歷證明書之簽證應由所任職機關開具服務經歷證明，送交航政機關審核，並按其服務年資乘以三分之二計算海勤資歷認可之。
