The provisions set forth in Articles 7(3), 8, 9, 23 through 26 shall also apply to the container terminal operators and foreign container terminal operators.The provision set forth in Article 28 pertaining to the legal establishment of branches as a condition for operation in ROC and Article 29, as well as Article 31 shall apply to foreign container terminal operators.
