The Standards for Minimum Safety Manning for Seafarers on a Ship Article 10
The period of validity of the Minimum Safe Manning Certificate is five years.The employer who has received the Minimum Safe Manning Certificate issued before December 31, 2017 shall apply to the Maritime Administration for replacement before December 31, 2022.
