Maritime Act Article 83
The carrier or shipmaster shall, comply with the tenor of the passenger ticket, transport the passenger to the port of destination.Where the carrier or shipmaster is in breach of the provision in the preceding paragraph, the passenger may rescind the contract and may also claim for damages, if any.
