Maritime Act Article 153
This Code shall come into force from the date of promulgation.The Articles amended on June 12, 2009 shall come into force from November 23, 2009.(The Chinese text is the only authentic text which shall be given priority if there is discrepancy between the Chinese text and this translation version)
