Regulations for Passenger Ship Administration Article 126-1
For newly purchased or built passenger ships, the operators shall complete the following training before operation and submit the list of trainees, the training result, and the report on muster drill to the shipping administration authority:1. Training related to equipment, operating procedures, and responsibilities.2. Muster drill.

新購建客船，客船營運人應於營運前完成下列訓練，並於開航前將受訓人員名冊、訓練紀錄及應急部署演練紀錄報請航政機關備查：
