Regulations for Administrating Pilots Article 40
The shipping administration authority may conduct inspections of pilotage services as required for operational purposes. Pilots are not permitted to avoid, obstruct, or refuse such inspections without justifiable reasons.The shipping administration authority may, together with the pilot offices, handle the annual supervision and assessment of pilots.
