Regulations for Administrating Pilots Article 18
The shipping administration authority shall issue the Certificate of Registry according to the sequence of the successful candidate pilots listed in the publicly announced roll of the pilot screening examination.Pilots who have registered but have not yet received their Certificate of Registry due to a full quota will be issued certificates in the order of their original registration as vacancies become available.

航政機關核發引水人登記證書，應依引水人考試榜示之先後次序辦理。
辦妥登記之引水人因名額已滿尚未領有登記證書者，遇有出缺即依登記先後次序遞補發給。
