Regulations for Administrating Pilots Article 16
Pilots shall apply to the shipping administration authority for issuance of the Certificate of Registry by enclosing the following documents and certificates:I. Application form.II. Pilot License.III. Five photographs.IV. Application fee of NT$2,000.The validity of the Certificate of Registry in the previous paragraph will be the same as for the Pilot License. The format of such certificate shall be prescribed by the shipping administration authority and submitted for approval to the MOTC.Pilots shall apply to the shipping administration authority for replacement of the Certificate of Registry by enclosing the following documents and certificates:I. Application form.II. Pilot License.III. Five photographs.IV. Application fee of NT$2,000.Pilots shall apply to the shipping administration authority for reissuance of the Certificate of Registry by enclosing the following documents and certificates:I. 前項登記證書之有效期間與執業證書同，格式由航政機關擬訂，報交通部核定。
